My Background
I’m an instructional designer and learning experience strategist with a background in cognitive psychology and more than 15 years of experience designing technology-enhanced learning environments. My work focuses on translating complex concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences that help people build real understanding and apply new knowledge in practice.
Before moving into corporate learning and development, I spent several years at Arizona State University designing and evaluating digital learning systems, including an intelligent tutoring system that supported literacy development. That experience shaped my approach to instructional design: effective learning experiences are grounded in evidence about how people think and learn.
Today, I apply learning science principles to practical training challenges—developing eLearning, software and workflow training, and AI-supported learning solutions that improve knowledge retention and workplace performance.
